Welcome to Beaty By Aries. By booking an appointment or using our services, you/client agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments & Booking

  • Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person.

  • A [non-refundable deposit/full payment] may be required to secure your booking.

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in and preparation.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We require at least [24/48] hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of your deposit.

  • If you arrive more than [10-15] minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule or shorten your service.

3. Service Disclaimer

  • We maintain high quality and hygiene standards, but results may vary depending on factors such as lash type and aftercare.

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or recent eye treatments.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if it may compromise safety or results.

4. Aftercare & Maintenance

  • Proper aftercare is essential for the longevity and health of your lashes.

  • Aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed.

  • We do not offer refunds for poor retention due to lack of proper aftercare.

5. Refund Policy

  • All services are non-refundable once performed.

  • If unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours for assessment. A complimentary touch-up may be offered at our discretion.

6. Children & Pets

  • For safety and insurance reasons, children under 12 and pets are not allowed in the salon unless pre-approved.

7. Photography & Social Media

  • We may take photos or videos of our work for promotional use.

  • If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know in advance.

  • All media remains the property of [Salon Name].

8. Client Conduct

  • Courteous behavior is expected at all times.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate or abusive behavior.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information is kept confidential and used solely for salon purposes.

  • We will never share your information without consent.
