At Beauty By Aries, all services rendered are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our beauty treatments—particularly eyelash services—we are unable to offer refunds for any completed services.

If you experience an issue or are dissatisfied with your results, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will offer a complimentary touch-up or correction at our discretion, provided proper aftercare was followed and the concern is valid.

We strive for client satisfaction and stand by the quality of our work, but we cannot guarantee outcomes that are affected by individual factors such as lash type, lifestyle, or improper aftercare.
